I’ve been doing a lot of pilates lately in my dorm because it feels so good and I feel stronger every time. I do them all from POP Pilates because I love Cassie’s attitude. I thought I’d share this workout in particular because it’s INTENSE on the “muffin top” and obliques. If you want to feel like you’re wearing a corset without wearing one, this is a great workout. Warning: It’s tough!
